As Head of Operations for Dewald Lipari Group at Compass, I lead the systems, strategy, and client experience that power every transaction. My role is to ensure that behind every successful deal is a clear, efficient, and people-first process for both our clients and our agents.
With a background in operations, entrepreneurship, and team leadership, I specialize in building workflows that remove friction, elevate service, and allow our agents to focus on what they do best: serving clients well. From contract to close, marketing coordination to internal systems, I oversee the details that create consistency, confidence, and calm.
